Pacific Avenue Trail Extension for the City of Virginia Beach is a design bulid project between Earley Marine Inc., the contractor and

Moffat and Nichol, the Design Engineering Firm.  It is a 1300 ft. long x 12 ft. wide walkway/bike path over Lake Holly that will complete

an eight mile hiking and bike trail at the  Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
