Earley Marine, Inc. provides a competitive hourly wage for experienced individuals who desire to work in the marine construction industry. We offer medical and dental insurance for our hourly and supervisory personal.

All new employees are required to go through an initial employment interview. If you are selected for employment, a drug screen is required before beginning work. E.M.I. will provide all safety equipment necessary for you to perform your job on land or on the water. Safety is very important to everyone in our company and failure to observe safety procedures, as outlined in our company handbook, can result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
